We Live in Bali
After traveling the world for 5-years, we decided to call Bali home in 2018. Because we are here, we do not have to rely on photos when selecting your luxury private villa. We prepare your stay before your arrival and visit every stop on your itinerary including spas, beaches, restaurants and every tour stop.
We are Married Artists
Our love and life story is one for the books, which makes sense. Amirah is a romance writer, Jarrell is a visual artist. We married in 2012 and set out on an indefinite honeymoon in 2013. Since then, we have visited about 40 countries across 5 continents.
We Are Trusted Hosts
Beginning in 2019, we have hosted groups of friends, couples, and families in Bali. We are able to customize the trips to make sure it is the most incredible trip for you and your guests.

Enjoy the luxury of a private villa to share only with your guests. All villas include a private pool and security.
Hosting by the cooks
Your hosts will personally tour you around Ubud one day, but will not share your villa to accommodate your privacy.

Being expert travelers helps us prepare you before your arrival. Since we've called Bali home for over 4-years, we are able to showcase the island with luxurious care. We will prepare the villa before your arrival and test everything on the itinerary.
We'll be able to introduce you to the rich culture with our Balinese staff, while incorporating all the 'must do' things into your weeklong trip.

Leading up to your trip, you will have six (6) fun monthly newsletters to help you prepare with simple Indonesian vocabulary, helpful advice, exciting tidbits about your trip, and useful guides to help you prepare. You will always have access to all of the guides on your personalized webpage. We are available by email and scheduled virtual meetings to answer any questions leading up to your trip. What's Not Included
Travel Costs Are Not Included
This includes flights, luggage costs, travel insurance, visa costs, taxes/tips and any other travel expenses incurred to/from Bali.
Lunch Costs are Not Included
On excursion days, I will take you to my favorite restaurants in Bali. This meal is not included and will range from $10-20 per meal.
Souvenirs & Tips
Your personal shopping expenses are yours to incur. As are tips for the staff. We help you with understanding the cost of both.
Alcohol + Extra Services
Any additional activities you choose to add to your itinerary will cost extra. Cocktails are also not included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. There is currently a requirement to have a full Covid-19 vaccination to enter Indonesia.
Yes, there is a payment plan available to split the trip cost into flexible monthly payments. Payments are never automatically deducted from your account and there are no late fees.
Lunch costs are not included in the cost of your private trip. However, it is not a costly expense. Typically, a meal will cost between $8-$15.
Cocktails will cost between $4-6 per drink. I provide a complete breakdown of potential costs in trip prep.
While your itinerary events are up to you, I highly recommend making time to do nothing. Bali is such a beautiful place to relax, and your luxury villa will have lounge areas and a private pool to enjoy.
There is also a free day of the itinerary where you can do whatever you want.
All payments made to attend a private group trip are nonrefundable.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. The hope is that you never need insurance, but for the times when you unfortunately do, it is worth every penny. For the length of your private trip, you can book insurance for as little as $70.
Flights are one of the few expenses that are not included in the cost of your private trip. Your flight cost will depend on the departure airport, airline, and class of your seat.
Typically, roundtrip flights from NYC or LAX or SFO in economy seats cost $800-1,200. Business class on the same roundtrip routes will cost $2,500-$3,000. I help you find the best flights.
It depends on what activities you include in your itinerary. Some activities include more walking than others. Such as the walking tour of Ubud, exploring rice fields and waterfalls, and visiting temples. These activities require a lot of walking and steps, however I always make time for breaks.

These are the minimal prices for our private trip plans. Your price can increase due to itinerary activities or if you travel in the high season (June, July, August, or Christmas Season). In our initial travel planning consultation we will discuss your desired itinerary and provide you a custom price based on your desired travel plans.
You and your guests have the option to choose a single or double room. Guests can pay in full or utilize a payment plan for your private group trip.

Requirements to Make Your Bali Group Trip Happen
Before sharing details about your group trip, please ensure you meet the requirements.
Minimum of four bedrooms
In order for us to plan and host your group trip, there must be at least four bedrooms booked. This could be as few as four guests (four single rooms) , or as many as eight guests (four double rooms). There is no maximum amount of bedrooms or guests.
travel within One Year
Your travel dates must fall within one year from the time of booking. We do not plan, or accept payment, for trips further than 1-year in advance.
Commitment by nonrefundable FULL PAYMENT
In order to lock in your desired travel dates for your group trip, you must complete one nonrefundable full payment. While your guests will have the option to use a payment plan, there must be one full payment completed to begin the travel planning.
