Your flights to and from Bali, mandatory travel insurance, and required Covid testing, are not included in the cost of Bali Bestie Book Club.
Every day of the Bestie Book Club includes a lunch at a beautiful restaurant. This meal is not included.
Every dinner includes one glass of wine per person. Additional alcoholic beverages are not included.
Any additional activities you choose to add to your itinerary, as well as shopping expenses and gratuities are not included.
Yes, there is a payment plan available to split the trip cost into five flexible payments. The payment plan requires a deposit and four subsequent monthly payments.
Flights are one of the expenses that are not included in the trip of the Bali Bestie Book Club. Your flight cost will depend on the departure airport, airline, and class of your seat.
Typically, roundtrip flights from NYC or LAX or SFO in economy seats cost $500-$800. Business class on the same roundtrip routes will cost $2,500-$3,000.
Most lunch costs are not included in the Bali Bestie Book Club. However, it is not a costly expense. Typically, a meal will cost between $4-$7.
Every evening there is a complimentary cocktail hour before dinner is served in addition to a glass of wine served with dinner. If you prefer more drinks, they will cost between $2-6 per drink.
Of course! If you travel with a friend, you can book the double occupancy package and share a room, bathroom, and potentially a bed (if possible you will receive two twin beds).
I'll say this, you do not have to pass a test to attend. However, it could be challenging to engage in the conversation if you haven't read the book. That said, only a few hours of one day will focus on the book of the month.
Proof of travel insurance is mandatory to attend the Bali Bestie Book Club. The hope is that you never need insurance, but for the times when you unfortunately do, it is worth every penny. For the length of the Bali Bestie Book Club, you can book insurance for as little as $70. The downloadable Bali Guide (accessible after securing your spot) includes recommended travel insurance options.
If the trip must be altered or postponed due to Covid restrictions, you will have the option to attend the new dates or to receive a refund less a 10% deposit.
If you cancel the trip by April 30, 2022 for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% deposit.
After April 10, 2022 you are entitled to transfer the trip to another attendee, but refunds are only available if the Bali Bestie Book Club is postponed or cancelled.
