Luxury accommodation. Each couple has a private bedroom and bathroom in a luxury villa.

Flights + Insurance
Your flights to and from Bali, mandatory travel insurance, and required Covid testing, are not included in the cost of Bali Baecation.
Lunch Meals
Every day of Baecation includes a lunch date for you and bae to enjoy privately. This meal is not included.
Alcoholic Beverages
Every dinner includes one bottle of wine per couple. Additional alcoholic beverages are not included.
Extracurriculars
Any additional activities you and Bae choose to add to your itinerary, as well as shopping expenses and gratuities are not included.

Do I Have to be Vaccinated to Attend?
No. Indonesia has dropped all vaccination requirements to enter the country. So, there are no vaccination requirements to attend the Bali Baecation.
Do We Have to be Married to Attend?
Of course not. We invite all responsible, respectful couples to join the Bali Baecation.
Are LGBTQI+ Couples Welcome?
Of course! We invite and celebrate all love on the Bali Baecation.
Is There a lot of Walking on the Trip?
Two days of the itinerary include walking. One is the walking tour of Ubud, and the other is a day exploring rice fields and a waterfall. These days, we will walk a lot, though I always make time for breaks.
Do We Need Travel Insurance to Attend?
Proof of travel insurance is mandatory to attend Bali Baecation. The hope is that you never need insurance, but for the times when you unfortunately do, it is worth every penny. For the length of the Bali Baecation, you can book insurance for as little as $70. The downloadable Bali Guide (accessible after securing your spot) includes recommended travel insurance options.
Are Payment Plans Available?
Yes, there is a payment plan available to split the trip cost into flexible monthly payments.
Payments are never automatically deducted from your account and there are no late fees.
How Much do Flights Typically Cost?
Flights are one of the few expenses that are not included in the trip of the Bali Baecation. Your flight cost will depend on the departure airport, airline, and class of your seat.
Typically, roundtrip flights from NYC or LAX or SFO in economy seats cost $800-1,200. Business class on the same roundtrip routes will cost $2,500-$3,000.
How Much will Lunch Cost?
Lunch costs are not included in the Bali Baecation However, it is not a costly expense. Typically, a meal for two will cost between $15-$20.
Cocktails cost between $4-6 per drink at restaurants.
Is This Trip Refundable?
All payments made to attend the Bali Baecation are nonrefundable.
However, you can offer your spot to another couple for a $100 fee. I will do my best to find an attendee to take your place if you are unable to attend the trip.
